Spring Mood Board

This evening was interesting haha. I got home from a long walk with Prince and started dinner. Two steps in I went to open up a can of yellow tomatoes … a can with one of those pop tops. It sprayed all over me and while my roommates and I were laughing about the yellow stream of tomato down my whole front I opened the can and sliced my middle finger deeply on the jagged top of the can. In the span of one minute I went from happy and productive to splattered and bloody. Bianca helped me bandage it and finish dinner, and luckily it stopped bleeding so I didn’t have to completely disrupt my evening and go to the emergency room. I am so over hurting myself! I’m still recovering from this broken toe lol. All my left side extremities have taken quite the beating. Happy to report that my vegetable fettuccine was delicious, so at least there’s that.

Esta noite foi interessante haha. Cheguei em casa de uma longa caminhada com Prince e comecei o jantar. Depois de dois passos, abri uma lata de tomates amarelos ... uma lata com uma daquelas tampas. Ele borrifou em mim e enquanto meus colegas de quarto e eu ríamos sobre o fio amarelo de tomate em toda a minha frente, abri a lata e cortei meu dedo médio profundamente na parte superior dentada da lata. No espaço de um minuto, passei de feliz e produtivo para salpicado de sangue. Bianca me ajudou a enfaixá-lo e terminar o jantar, e felizmente ele parou de sangrar, então eu não tive que atrapalhar completamente minha noite e ir para o pronto-socorro. Eu estou tão machucada! Eu ainda estou me recuperando desse dedo do pé quebrado lol. Todas as minhas extremidades do lado esquerdo sofreram bastante. Fico feliz em informar que meu fettuccine de vegetais estava delicioso, então pelo menos tem isso.
